Knowledge Base & FAQ

Comprehensive operational documentation for the Nexus Market infrastructure. Review security protocols, transaction mechanics, and vendor guidelines below.

01

Access & Operational Security

Nexus Onion Mirror acts as a cryptographically verifiable directory for the Nexus Market ecosystem. The primary function is to distribute signed V3 onion addresses, preventing user exposure to spoofed domains. All links listed here are validated against the Administrator PGP Key (ID: 4096R/NEXUS-ADMIN).

Secure connection mandates the use of the Tor Browser. Standard clear-net browsers cannot resolve .onion TLDs.

  • Download Tor Browser from the official project source.
  • Set Security Level to "Safest" (Disables JavaScript).
  • Navigate using the primary signed link: rmnvwgxnat4m4o6whqvh6dy7fhnasxa6cndufyrztgahtxwdhgr7thid.onion

PGP 2-Factor Authentication is mandatory for Vendor accounts to preserve market integrity. For Buyer accounts, it remains optional but is critically recommended. Enabling 2FA neutralizes the threat of credential theft via keyloggers or brute force.

02

Financial Infrastructure

Nexus Market infrastructure supports the following protocols:

Bitcoin (BTC) Legacy & Segwit
Monero (XMR) Recommended (Privacy)
Litecoin (LTC) Low Fees

The Direct-Pay (Walletless) mode mitigates custodial risk. Upon checkout, the system generates a unique, one-time-use deposit address. Funds sent to this address are routed immediately to the order escrow contract. This prevents users from needing to store idle balances on the marketplace platform.

BTC 1 Confirmation ~10 mins
XMR 10 Confirmations ~20 mins
LTC 6 Confirmations ~15 mins

Commerce & Policy

Nexus Market removes financial barriers to entry by waiving the traditional vendor bond. Instead, we utilize a meritocratic vetting process. Vendors must provide cryptographic proof of reputation from established markets (Recon, Dread). This ensures high-quality listings without centralizing power to wealthy vendors.

Funds are held in neutral escrow until order finalization. The auto-finalize timer is set by the vendor (standard 7-21 days for physical goods). If goods are not received, the buyer must initiate a Dispute within 72 hours of the escrow timer expiry. Moderators will adjudicate based on shipping evidence and communication logs.

Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Child Exploitation Material (CP)
  • Murder/Violence-for-hire
  • Weaponry, Explosives, and precursors
  • Fentanyl and related analogues
  • Poisons and toxic agents

Violations result in immediate account termination and blacklist.

FE status allows funds to bypass escrow and release to the vendor upon "Marked Shipped" status. This privilege is reserved solely for vendors with extensive history and trust. Buyers forego escrow protection on FE orders and should proceed only with absolute confidence in the vendor's reputation.

Support & Recovery

Tor network latency or DDoS mitigation can cause timeouts. If the primary gateway is unavailable, utilize one of the signed rotating mirrors:

  • rmnvwgxnat4m4o6whqvh6dy7fhnasxa6cndufyrztgahtxwdhgr7thid.onion
  • 6lqc5wdbkw7h4x4vkofxsgqfrb3ynnjj7zlezc7hvymmlnsizzfzwrid.onion
  • lzllowcajmfcmacxrgpvvtxbtb34iskvnr7qfbpafuvgdwntizod5gqd.onion

Ensure your system clock is synchronized and Tor Browser is updated.

Logged-in users can access the internal support desk. Response times average <24 hours. For account recovery (lost password/2FA), refer to the PGP-signed instructions on the login page. We cannot restore accounts without the associated PGP key.
